This is XXXX XXXX XXXX, I'm attaching the letters I sent you last XXXX/XXXX/2022, including a copy of my ID for identity verification. Its been over a month now but you still havent complied to my request and the errors on my report has not yet been removed. The FCRA requires the credit bureaus to investigate and respond to the letter within 30 days so this is obviously another violation of my right as a consumer. I will seek monetary compansation should you continue with you non-compliance.
