This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. Again, I was going through my records & noticed the fraudulent information and accounts which do not belong to me STILL reposting on my file in Transunion. The other bureaus have already DELETED this fraudulent information so my question is why do you still report these damaging records? I have contacted the furnishers and they all agreed to DELETE the accounts from my file. BUT TransUnion has some internal block which they're claiming they can use to not block the accounts because they feel they're above the law. When asked why they're not accepting the FTC report they claim they have an internal policy ( which is OUTSIDE FCRA laws ) and they're not willing to explain why they won't accept the FTC report ( which is a FEDERAL LAW ). So TransUnion feels they're above the letter of the law and will not explain their policy. I need the accounts below to be deleted from my file : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
