EQUIFAX did not do a proper " investigation '' according to the FCRA. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX The term " Investigate consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumes character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom the consumer is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. EQUIFAX Did not do this. Also EQUIFAX has violated my rights in accordance with the Fair Credit reporting act everything has to be 100 % accurate. EQUIFAX stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the late payment dates are being improperly reported? A late payment should report as 30, 60, 90, 120. Yet, my report reflects 30 days late twice within a 60 day time period twice in 2021. Also how was a proper investigation completed when the high credit amounts are being reported at different amounts? Also within review of my most updated completed investigation from Equifax on the account XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX the dates OPENED are reporting differently on my most updated report that was sent to me by Equifax after the investigation was completed. Last the date of the last payment is also being reported differently on the report. This is grounds for removal as Equifax informed me a proper investigation was completed and the information was accurate when in fact the information is not. I have submitted the reports that were provided to me after the investigation was completed. Within the attached documents you will find the highlighted false information within the reports. My right as a consumer have been violated Based on the following laws : 15 USC 6802 ( b ) 15 USC 1666 ( b ) 15 USC 1681 Sec 602 ( a ) - I have a right to privacy Please update all payments on the account to on time.
