This company waited the full 60 days, to the day ( XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ) to submit feedback- which is false information. First, I want to address how they said my balance was from prior XX/XX/2019 - I wasn't even at my first XXXX appointment until after that date, so this definitely is incorrect. I am also attaching another EOB showing a claim my insurance denied- I do not have to pay for balances denied by my insurance so if this is what they are trying to collect that is illegal. This entirely situation is shady and unethical. I had XXXX as primary and XXXX as secondary - which is why my letter from the doctors office showed XXXX would finalize any outstanding balances and my ledger was to be {$0.00} at all times. XXXX covered retroactive balances. I was not billed for any balances, and the office had notification and gave me a confirmation letter I did not owe any balances and would not in the future owe balances because I had XXXX coverage. Sending my account straight to collections without billing me in XX/XX/2019 was also referred to send to XXXX for coverage, which they failed to do. They shouldn't be sending accounts straight to collections agencies, despite knowing XXXX is covering balances- this is absolutely unethical and unjust. This balance is absolutely incorrect and falsifying information. I sent proof, and am attaching it again, from the office I owed {$0.00}. I have done everything I needed to do for my coverages and balances, it is not fair to make up an amount, ignore insurance, not bill properly and directly harm people. The company is ignoring my previous writings to send the amount to XXXX, which said they would retroactively cover balances 3 months prior to XX/XX/2019. They also admitted to receiving my collections account in XXXX - XXXX bills were ever sent to me from the doctors office, which means they sent my account immediately to collections- all while telling me and giving me documents showing a {$0.00} balance. This is unjust. Nothing has been resolved. They did not look into my case, I attached paperwork with my submitted complaint showing {$0.00} ledger and letter of {$0.00} balance due to XXXX. There is no balance per the submitted paperwork and this amount needs to come off of my report.
