1. Equifax had changed my credit score after they did not receive a monthly payment from me. My score dropped XXXX points for no reason there is no explanations as to why my score dropped XXXX points. This appears to have happened after they did not receive a payment. I do not need to pay Equifax when the score is free on XXXX XXXX 2. Equifax has not removed and old account ( XXXX XXXX account that should have come out of my report in XX/XX/2022. I have been disputing this account for years XXXX and XXXX have already deleted this account. Please assist with this issue updated and corrected thank you. Account is over 7 years old.
