XXXX XXXX is on my credit twice as a current, no missed payments, good standing account, then later another XXXX XXXX acct was added as delinquent. I asked XXXX XXXX what was going on they said they dont have that acct on my credit file and it doesnt belong to me and to dispute it with the bureaus. Experian marked the account as verified when even the company said it didnt belong to me. They couldnt have verified this accurately. I also asked for proof baring my signature binding a contract between us. They havent shown me any paperwork.
