This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I have been sending countless letters appealing to Experian to verify the disputed items and remove them if unable to prove that the Items are mine. Experian is failing to block or remove the account from my report. I filed a report on the FTC website, I specified how the identity theft took place, and that I did not benefit or receive goods or services from the alleged account. I have had ENOUGH! HOW MUCH DOCUMENTATION does it take to get SOMEONE to REALLY DO SOMETHING?? LOOK at the attachments! THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
