I have tried to work with this company but they have ignored me. I am not sure of the debt but my wife passed in XXXX and many of her accounts stayed open and suffered fraud. I was in a major accident and I am now XXXX since XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and I have been off work, I can not walk well. I would like some help getting rid of this debt or something without filing bankruptcy. The company has not helped me. Please help in some way and stop this from continuing. It is now in court, I have a hard time getting to lawyer and I want to fix this. Please send this to the lawyer and court or help me in some way.
