Good day!! I had an issue with debt collection company which didnt call me or email me about my debt which fallows to appear big collection in my credit report!! Plus XXXX XXXX didnt read meter reading on time and start billing me wrong amount which caused big debt and this was incorrect cuz I left my current place long time ago plus XXXX XXXX didnt even try to call me or text me even email me!! So as today I paid off everything make sure I wont owe them money, but they dont wan na remove this collection from my credit report, but as I spoke with one of collectors they said they will remove after I paid whole balance!!! After few days later they said it will be in your record for 7 years ( ( ( Im totally disappointed and broke that collectors didnt keep they promise plus on top they didnt even try to call me or email me!!! Totally disappointed with outcome even I try and take responsibilities and paid off whole balance!!! I wan na complain about professionalism of this collection company which leads bad mark on my credit report even when I paid off whole balance, but at the beginning they said paid for delete As you may see my whole credit report was perfect no late payments and no big debt was under my name, but this case was inappropriate toward regular consumer who didnt know about this debt and never had communication with me about this debt and collectors just was indifferent about my future and reported without knowledge me about this serious problem!!! Pleas can you help me to resolve this issue cuz Im trying to remove this collection from my credit report after I paid off in full whole balance!!! Pleas!!!
