I got a text message on XX/XX/XXXX from the Comenity Fraud dept to verify a XXXX XXXX XXXX purchase for {$360.00}. I had not seen this text, but I did try to use the card earlier in the day and it was declined. Because I wasn't comfortable responding to the text that was sent to me, I tried calling the number on the back of the card, I was not able to get through and the call was disconnected. I tried many more times since XX/XX/XXXX and I still can not get through after waiting more than 20 minutes per call. I was able to go online and submit a help ticket/complaint, but I haven't gotten a response. I currently have a credit of {$520.00} on my card and at this point I just want to close the account and get my money back. Is this something you can help with?
