I applied for a loan as a Creditor, and was asked for authorization via Power of Attorney, by a man named XXXX, to consent to entrust XXXX Agent to act as Creditor, to access and receive funds for the Consumer, Me. After Creditor accessed ( Hard Inquiry ) the funds, the substance was then denied the Consumer. Consumer, Me, was denied without compensation, and there was no attempt to remind initial Creditor, also Me, of my Right to Rescind. I have sent notice via SMS to XXXX of my intentions to Cure, Resolve and settle the dispute. And am filing said complaint as to register the account publicly as a claim made my I, XXXX, the XXXX.
