My account with Kohls XXXX XXXX was settled, paid and closed over 6 years ago. At the time we settled and agreed as to a repayment plan, Kohls promised to remove this negative account from my credit once paid in full. To date it is still negatively affecting my credit score and they have refused to remove it. I have disputed this issue several times, to no avail. Kohls continues to report this account as delinquent accurate information which is not. I have paid them and they have not kept their promise to remove it. I have worked very hard to rebuild my credit and have kept it in good standing since my time of hardship. Please help me remove this negative account from my credit as it is far too old to still be affecting me.
