I obtained a secured loan with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX for {$1000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. This is not an actual loan where they provide {$1000.00} - it is an artificial loan where they are paid XXXX XXXXXXXX to report on my credit positively. Long story short - I had my credit card on file and I had been charged monthly without any issues. For some odd reason, during XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX- my card payments did not process and I was slapped with XXXX late payments. I reached out to the company and asked them why they did that considering that my card on file was not removed. There are a lot of complaints about this company for screwing over their customers by refusing to refund people. They claim they would refund XXXX XXXX or more of what I paid but I haven't been refunded for anything. I just want those late payments removed because I did NOTHING wrong and it is on their end for having failed to process the payments.
