There is a credit card company that offers many financial products called Self INC. I have been using their credit card for XXXX years building credit. I noticed around XXXX some company named XXXX charging my card a huge amount of money over XXXX dollars a month. I notified Self to send me a new card immediately and to change my card number back in XXXX. They did send me a new card and number but refused to follow up with investigation. I noticed this fraud company had access to my new card information ( which I have no clue how ) and charged me in XXXX. I Immediately let Self know through their email portal and to send me a new card. XXXX XXXX was the same this company charged me again. Self is refusing to investigate fraud, and I believe someone at that corporation is giving my information illegally to fraud companies to do random charges. So far I am at a lose up to XXXX dollars that might never be returned. I had a lot of trust in Self but they have refused to fix the issue or help in the matter. I want this account closed immediately and they should have done so long ago. Since this account is a Secured account I am at a lose. Self also failed to launch an investigation nor did they follow up with the decision. I have lost my trust and faith in this company and believe they are also predatory by how they do not keep consumers safe from fraud.
