On XX/XX/XXXX I reached filed a dispute with the Credit Bureaus due to inaccuracy on my Credit Report these accounts below In accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights and failed to do or provide a thorough investigation within a timely matter or legal which is not only disappointing but unfair to me as it impacts me on the daily. 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 602 A states i have the rights to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 604 A Section 2 : States a Consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instruction Dear : To Whom Receives this letter This Letter is to dispute billing errors I found for the amount of {$5800.00} and {$710.00}. I do not recognize these charges and want these off of my credit report. It's an improper charge which I do not recognize and isnt valid. Please update and remove this inaccurate debt off my report. Due to debt error of this unknow fraudulent bill on my Report in collections. Its put a hold which I didnt realize until I looked into my Report Summary and notice a bill of {$5800.00} and {$710.00}. I need this to be resolved removed and updated. Due to the fact of this debt does not belong to me, I dont recognize or authorized it and want it removed.
