When Harris and Harris called me, they did not tell me who they were and why they were calling. They asked for all personal information, I give them my name and number and asked " what was the reason for this call? '' The girl told me " I can't tell you that until you verify your identity. '' I said " you never told me who you were? And I don't know if this is a spam call '' and she said " I can't tell you until you verify your info '' so, I hung up. 9 days later a I received a letter from Harris and Harris. I contacted them 3 times within my 30 days about this debt. They have never called me back or emailed me back regarding a debt. I know after the 1 st initial call, they have 5 days to send me a letter and it's was 4 days past due. I asked them to forgive the debt since they haven't made any contact with me since XX/XX/2022.
