I woke up to a text from my bank, chime, and that there were XXXX charges from XXXX XXXX. I replied with no that the charges were not mine. The text responded that the charges were blocked. XXXX charges totaling {$830.00}. I immediately called chime and files a fraudulent charge case. They denied the claim in less than 24 hours. I called again and filed again on all charges and sent in a detailed rebuttal via email. I also recorded my second call with chime. They then said they would investigate more but could take up to 90 days. They then responded again and said call charges were found to not be fraud And it was a final decision. The charges hit until my account was empty. Back to back charges, and nothing in line with my spending history.
