I paid my consumer credit card bill in full on the date due. They sent me a statement with a balance for interest. When I called them I was advised even though payment was received on the due date my payment didn't post until the following day. I questioned this and they waived the interest charges, but in my mind this deceptive business practices as if I would not have known to check further and question it I would have been responsible for interest I technically did not know. How many people are getting stuck this way? Shameful this company operates this way.
