Consumer Narrative
I have tried to contact Edfinancial twice over the end of XXXX and Mid XXXX to inquire about my student loan refund and have consistently received conflicting information. I have made it clear to them that my loan payments are to be refunded so I can cancel them. The first rept told me it would take XXXX days, which is totally unacceptable. Then the later one told me they are not sure. They also refused to provide a paper trail such as email to prove that my refund is in process or that I called them I need my loans refunded soon because I 100 % qualify for the XXXX Loan Cancellation Program.
