I was informed that I had a previous debt with XXXX and I was resolved to pay it off since it was a small amount but then I thought the bill was not mine so why should I pay it. I filed a complaint and requested that they send me a final bill so I can rectify the bill while all along I had no intentions of paying a bill that was not mine this bill was at an address I never lived at and plus at the same time I was living at another address.
