On XX/XX/XXXX I was granted a divorce and in that divorce my ex husband was responsible for his indebtedness to Navy Federal Credit union. He is solely responsible according to the state of Indiana where I am a legal resident and also XXXX XXXX where I am a resident. I reached out to navy federal credit Union on multiple occasions. I filed disputes with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX unfairly refuses to remove my name from the debt. Even before the was an official ruling there was a temporary ruling assigning my ex husband initially responsible, XXXX federal did not want to hear it. That was XX/XX/XXXX. It is majorly impacting my credit score and has been for years. My ex husband chooses not to make payments regularly regardless of his obligations and it has impacted my ability to own a home for the XXXX children he has abandoned and does not consistently financially support. It is beyond unfair for XXXX XXXX to continue to negatively impact the quality of my children 's lifes for the neglect of their father, I am the only parent they have and I can not afford a home with such disregard for Indiana state law. XXXX XXXX has demanded I make the payments myself if I want the debt removed from my credit. THIS IS NOT MY DEBT.
