XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a written request asking for copy of credit report as I have ITIN number. As I did not received anything I ended up calling XX/XX/2022 requesting copy of credit report. representative had stated that I would be getting a copy of credit report within the next 6 to 7 business days. Representative with XXXX stated that the reason to why I have not received a copy of credit report is because they have a second last name which is XXXX but on my document with my ITIN number given to me by the IRS it does not have my second last name not sure how they got my second last name but I have attached copy of documents to verify identity. Bureau have my name as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I never use my second last name! I have only received copy of credit report with XXXX XXXX still missing XXXX and Equifax. XX/XX/2022 I called XXXX and Equifax a second time requesting credit report as I have not received anything up to this date. XX/XX/2022 I contacted XXXX but I was unable to get a hold of a rep. I have the right to a free credit report and I have submitted copy of documentation stating verification that identity is mine. Yet nothing has came in the mail.
