Please review the following : Account # XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : This debt has already been sold and yet is still being reported with a past due balance on my account. The account was sold to XXXX XXXX. Please have this removed for inaccurate reporting. Account # XXXX - XXXX XXXX : This account is a part of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Settlement. One of the benefits of being involved with this settlement is having this account deleted from all three credit reports. It has still not been removed after multiple disputes and verbal confirmations that the account would be removed by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX : This account has continuously been reported inaccurately throughout all three bureaus. XXXXne bureau shows this account is open with a balance owed while two others show it is closed with a balance owed. After numerous disputes, this account inaccurately remains on my report. Charge off is a write off to the IRS, any balance is non reportable. Account # XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX- This account has violated my rights to privacy. According to 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. The open date, close date, and date of last activity on this account have all also been reported inaccurately throughout the bureaus.
