I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy court which they stated they do not verify nor validate information to credit bureaus or any credit monitoring service. LCI is violating the Privacy Act and has not validated information to being accurate on my credit report. I am attaching a letter from the U.S Bankruptcy Court which supports my claim.
