An account was fraudulently open in my name at Synovus Bank. I was made aware after the account was overdraft. I went to the ban on several occasion, Met with different bank managers who guarantee me that it would have been address and since XX/XX/2022. To date I've been getting collection letter and reporting to Synovus letting you know the situation the isn't resolved.. I open a complaint here and was told it was address and my credit should not be impacted. Well that was a lie as my credit got impacted for collection in the middle of me doing a housing transaction. COMPLAINT ID XXXX SUBMITTED ON XX/XX/2022 They claim it was address but it's not. Please see attachment.
