On XX/XX/2022, I applied for an Offer of credit with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX ran a credit check on me with EQUIFAX. Equifax returned information stating that I was, '' DECEASED. '' As a consequence, I was Denied credit. I have made several attempts to having this incorrectly filed information fixed but Equifax continues to report me as, DECEASED. '' Please, I need assistance because Equifax will not report accurate information on my credit report and or File. I am Alive and Well and not Deceased as being reported by Equifax.
