XXXX reported a 30day late payment on my credit report for XX/XX/XXXX. I called them immediately upon seeing this, I was told by the customer service representative XXXX, that my payments were never 30 days late and that I need to submit this in writing and fax it to them. I did exactly what was asked of me. It was confirmed on my credit report. I called them back and spoke to customer service supervisor, who reviewed my account and verified that info not have any 30 day late payments and indicated I need to fax ( again ) a letter indicating this information. I made a payment XX/XX/XXXX which was late however not 30 days late. I again submitted a payment on XX/XX/XXXX and paid the account off on XX/XX/XXXX never submitting a payment over 30days.
