THE APPLICATION IS A FRAUD AND AN ATTEMPT AT IDENTITY THEFT. 1. I am not, and have never been associated with XXXX XXXX. 2. XXXX XXXX does not operate at the address provided. That is my residence. 3. The Tennessee Secretary of State has no record of a XXXX XXXX in the state. 4. I have never applied for a XXXX XXXX Credit Card or other credit from XXXX XXXX in any way. 5. This application is absoultely not mine. 6. I did not authorize XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX to do an inquiry on my credit. 7. XXXX could not possibly prove that this is a legitimate request for credit that I made, because I did not make it. 8. I will not quit disputing this until XXXX XXXX retracts the hard inquiry from Equifax
