I contacted all three Credit bureaus to report inaccurate information on my credit report - I have submitted a dispute on these inaccuracies multiple times and their investigation isn't valid. Every time the account comes back verified - I sent them the results from my previous complaint on file with CFPB -with regional acceptance -complaint # XXXX. In that complaint XXXX XXXX states : " XXXX neglected, however, to mail the deficiency letter until XX/XX/2022. Throughout this entire process, XXXX attempted to collect the deficiency balance. Then, on XX/XX/2022, XXXX charged off the balance to a third party collection agency which prompted your inquiry. XXXX regrets your recent calls were unsuccessful in providing the necessary research. '' I sent a copy of the results to all credit bureaus but they are refusing to delete the status as in repossession or paid repossession - the vehicle was totaled- paid by gap and car insurance and then XXXX XXXX failed to bill me for the balance for an entire year - added the car as a repossession and charge off on my credit report. The Charge off has been deleted but it still states repossession / delinquent - this is inaccurate and now stopping me from purchasing a home and a new vehicle for my family.
