United Wholesale Mortgage is overcharging my escrow account and is refusing to refund the overcharges. They have overcharged my account for the month of XX/XX/2021 by {$110.00} and this is just another abusive practice. My monthly PMI is {$110.00}. My yearly PMI is {$1300.00}. The year has 12 months. According to United Wholesale Mortgage, the year has 13 months. PMI is applied twice for XX/XX/2021. Please see enclosed evidence. ( they charged {$1400.00} for XXXX PMI instead of {$1300.00} ) I am being constantly abused and lied by this company. I live in fear having them to administer my Escrow Account. Every letter/notice from them contains errors as answers to requests to correct errors or Errors to justify unjust enrichment. Refund immediately please and STOP the constant abuse! The " errors '' you constantly make are used as weapons to create emotionally distress/abuse. Please STOP the abuse and the obstructive practices.
