We have been working with XXXX XXXX to get them to help us get current on our mortgage. They have sent the paperwork requesting information to LoanCare at least twice. We have called LoanCare several times to see the status of the paperwork and every time they give us a different answer and tell us no one can get on the line to help us get this corrected.
