Community Loan Servicing, ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ), phone XXXX, had our mortgage over a period of time and it was a complete nightmare. I was constantly calling to have late charges removed because they were added to our monthly statements and the account was never late. They continuously tried to say they did not receive my payment on time when I have the cancelled checks to prove it was received timely. They attempted to add extra homeowners insurance to my mortgage several times ( when they had proof and a copy of the policy I have through XXXX XXXX for over 20 years ) and the insurance had never escrowed in from the beginning of the loan. They changed the owner of the loan from my name to the estate of.. my deceased father, and I could not get anyone to help or even talk to me about the loan. The loan has been in my name from the beginning, so not sure what happened or why they changed it. Im still trying to reach someone there that will actually help me to get things straightened out even now after they have sold our loan to another servicer. This loan with Community Loan Servicing is showing still open and late on my credit report to this day and is ruining my credit. Ive been trying to resolve this for months to no avail. Its time to get an attorney involved if this can not be resolved within the next 5 business days.
