I have informed this credit reporting agency that I am a victim of Identity Theft as early as XXXX. I have provided my FTC report and police report from local authorities. I have subsequently notified this bureau of misreporting on my credit profile. I have utilized the bureau 's dispute process to address these accounts, to no avail. Most recently, I disputed two accounts ( XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX. The bureau returned dispute results stating that both accounts belong to me and were validated. The bureau failed to provide me with this validation, per my request. If this is being verified by eOscar, please be advised that this is not a proper or thorough investigation per the FCRA. Additionally, I have alerted this bureau that these accounts have not been verified ( and therefore were removed ) by the other two bureaus. This agency now has actual and constructive notice of derogatory accounts on my credit profile, yet have not removed them. Lastly, this bureau has reason to know that derogatory information on a credit profile is detrimental and harmful to me as a consumer. This bureau has violated the FCRA and my rights as a consumer since XXXX. I have submitted a Demand for Relief to this bureau via USPS Certified Mail on XX/XX/XXXX demanding action and relief based on violations of 15 USC 1681. I have attached a copy here for your convenience.
