Consumer Narrative
I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER 2 YEARS TO REMOVE A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE. THIS FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT WAS OPENED IN A DIFFERENT STATE AND IT WAS CHARGED IN A STATE WHERE I DON'T LIVE. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO DISCOVER BANK AND XXXX TO HAVE THIS FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT REMOVED. THE CHARGES AND THE ACCOUT ARE FRAUDULENT. UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME DISCOVER WILL NOT PROVIDE THE ADDRESS THAT WAS USED TO OPEN THIS FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT. I FEEL LIKE THERE ARE PROTECTING THE THEIF BT NOT HELPING THE VICTIM.
