On XX/XX/2022 two letters were sent out by me to XXXX and Transunion ( fraud victim assistance ) I let both companies know that my Identity has been compromised as the addresses, account information, names, employment, phone numbers, are wrong on both Trans union and XXXX and I also have absolutely no knowledge of the inquiries on my XXXX and Transunion. According to the law both companies have 4 days to respond once received. ( 15 USC 1681-2 ) A consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information as a file of the consumer that the consumer identifies of information that resulted from an alleged identify theft ) ). As I sent these letters through certified mail I seen that both companies XXXX and XXXX did indeed receive my letters but did not respond within 4 days now it is XXXX XXXX.
