I called Wells Fargo today ( XX/XX/22 ) regarding my personal loan. The agent said Wells Fargo canceled my AutoPay and should have sent me a form to resubmit my ACH AutoPay from my checking account. I never canceled AutoPay. I do not authorize Well Fargo to cancel my AutoPay. I then asked to speak with a manager. I then spoke to XXXX in Virginia. She indicated she is the only XXXX in XXXX. While informing her I did not authorize anyone to cancel my AutoPay ( Bill Pay ), she interrupted me and said I was yelling. I have a right to express my anger and disappointment with Wells Fargo. I never requested cancelation of my AutoPay. Moreover, I was never informed AutoPay was canceled. As a result, I could have had a 30-day late payment on my credit report for 7-years due to no fault of my own. This would cause me signification financial injury. I did my due diligence to set up AutoPay correctly. If WF did cancel my AutoPay without my knowledge or consent, then this is a violation of the Unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices ( UDAAPs ) and other consumer laws.
