I received a loan from speedy cash on XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX TN my line of credit was XXXX dollars give or take some. I was faithful in making payments until my medical alert dog got deadly sick. For which the cost was extremely expensive for someone like me because I live on social security. I am XXXX. I went to the company to notify them of my inability to pay I explained to them the situation regarding my medical alert dog and asked to negotiate but I was refused. Instead of stopping the pile of interest rates taxes and fees once they knew I couldn't pay they claimed that I agreed to acquire insane amounts of interest taxes and fees as well as the amount I owed them. When I informed speedy cash of inability to pay I only owed {$610.00} they then sold my information leaving me now owing {$1100.00}. I did not agree to in any way to allow unfair amounts of interest taxes and fees to build up as speedy cash claims. Medical alert dog 's are federally protected through the Ada and Dept of Justice I have federal obligation to maintain my XXXX XXXX animals safety, wellbeing, and health inCluding nutrition, exercise, protection, AND ALL MEDICAL NEEDS. I will be including a signed document from my XXXX assigning my dog to service. As well as a photo of said XXXX.
