Two days ago, I got an email of checks in large sums being deposited into my account, I tried to log into my account but it kept telling me that my log in information was incorrect, as soon as I received the email I called XXXX and they told me to call again at XXXX when the claims department opened ( this was around XXXX ), I called and filed a claim, opened a new checking and savings number and went from there. I received an email this morning that they are trying to close my account even though I told them that I have never deposited a paper check into my account and havent had my physical card ( hence they are sending a new one ). As a person who has only had this problem one other time, WITH XXXX Im Tired, I Work two jobs and I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX, my money and my checks get deposited in that account THROUGH DIRECT DEPOSIT. Not only that the balance is XXXX dollars, they said it was withdrew out of the account which if it was at an atm CHECK THE CAMERAS? If It Was At A Store CHECK THE CAMERAS. Im a human being, I may not be a big business but I work hard for my money for someone to steal from me and the bank to not back me up and help, my account had {$0.00} in savings and {$0.00} in checking, I Got a direct deposit of {$230.00} from my job at XXXX on Tuesday which the bank put towards that negative balance and I get paid this Friday and Im losing out on two checks! Im need that money to help my mother and her medical bills. I dont care if they close the account anymore, its been made clear that they revolve around money and dont care about the customers that suffer from the lack of their protection. I pay all my loans and credit cards on time and have a good history so they shouldve took that into account, Ive paid back every negative balance that I, MYSELF, have caused but this is atrocious, I want my money back, And I need Them To Figure out what they are going to do for future customers. I need them to throughly investigate and when they realize it wasnt me that deposited {$4500.00} worth of checks nor was it me that took that money out, they need to reverse every last fee they gave me and give me back the money thats deposited as I look for a new franchise to bank with.
