I made a cash deposit in a ATM XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX of {$880.00}. I always do my deposits thru ATM, and I always check and make sure my account is credited when I make the deposits, this time my phone was off and had to check when I was already gone, 5 mins later in a red light, I realized the amount was not in my account turned back right away to the Wells Fargo branch located where the same ATM is. They told me I have to call because they have nothing to do with the ATM outside, I filled a claim explaining them the whole situation, the gave me a temporary credit of {$880.00}, after 1 month they decided the money was never deposited and they took out {$880.00} from my account. I called again trying to ask them to check security cameras, atm cameras etc, because the money was deposited, is not only {$100.00} is {$880.00} that I dont want to lose, they claim they are not allowed to check any footage and the atm cameras just take one picture when you insert your card! Now they dont want to open a new claim, they said I already lose that money.
