Consumer Narrative

I received notice my Cred.Ai account was being closed due to " Too many returns '' This was 2 days before payday I can not access the account anymore I have documents saying my payroll dept sent a deposit before the notice of closure on the account. The company is hard to reach, most of the time I don't get an answer. I was directed towards my Payroll dept who already said the funds were sent and can not be reversed. I just want my paycheck and Cred.Ai isn't contacting me back.
