I recieved a wage garnishment from a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX but I never even recieved any documentation on this debt. The debt has not been validated and I never even recieved court documentation to allow wage garnishment. I called the company and they told me the creditor is XXXX, a company Ive never heard of, and they gave me the phone number to that creditor and when I called that creditor, multiple times, the prerecorded message states they are XXXX but when someone answers the phone they are denying they are XXXX and denying any affiliation with XXXX. I feel like this is fraud and I dont want my money going somewhere I dont even know that Ive never even heard of or that I dont owe a debt to and to a place that says they arent even the creditor that was told they were. They are also calling my phone before XXXX XXXX every single day and every single day while I am at work. I want it to stop!
