By law I'm entitled to a free credit report on XXXX, Transunion llc, is keeping my consumer credit report information hostage ; it's a unjust system. This is predatory and life-threatening, as it prevents me from verifying the accuracy of my consumer report. I was able to verify inaccurate information on my credit report, and I immediately began the process of contacting the Transunion, in order to have this issue resolved. The unfortunate reality is that I never received a response. I sent letters at least 5 times and had no response or interaction. I'm getting quite annoyed at this point because I'm still waiting for a response from transunion. I had contacted your firm previously. I'm a normal person who is also a consumer and a creditor. My consumer report contains an error, I have the legal authority to ask transunion which report my consumer reports under the FCRA. I called transunion over ten times in the last seven months, requesting an updated full summary of my credit history to ensure everything was reporting correctly. Despite multiple verification processes such as ( Name, DOB, SSN, address accounts that I have ) and the Rep even sending me a text massage codes to my phone number that I also verified, she still couldn't tell me why i wasnt able to view my full consumer report .... i've sent transunion my identification and proof of address along with a copy of my ssn via mail and fax, i never got a response back from they company...
