XXXX XXXX has been charging me late fees forever. I have tried several times to get them to change my payment due date from the XXXX of every month to the XXXX of every month. I get paid the XXXX and can pay the car loan payment every XXXX. They have continuously said that they would change the payment date and they have not. Therefore my payments are always showing up late. and I can not do anything about it. On XX/XX/XXXX I received my next payment I tried to call them again to change the due date and nothing came of it. I sent the payment online on the XXXX but I realized about a week later that nothing was coming out of my bank account I log back in to XXXX XXXX and realized there was an error with my bank account, and I resubmitted the payment therefore the payment did not process until XX/XX/XXXX marking it past 30 days. I have tried explaining this to XXXX XXXX but they have been rude and they are not willing to listen to me. They are very quick to help when they want to get paid, but when I tried to communicate with them that this was an error that I have been paying my car note every month they will not help me and they will not remove this from my or my husbands credit report. They are not being very helpful. I do not agree with they way they have handled this, since this has dropped my credit score XXXX points. That is a lot and it is not ok that this company can do such a thing to a consumer who is making monthly payments every month and there was an error in the processing. I have tried to find proof of the initial attempt but I have none since there was an error the payment simply did not go through the first attempt. They have thrown it in my face that my payments were never on time, even though I have tried to change the due date for a while now. They finally changed the due date to the XXXX once the damage was done because I was very upset, but they are willing to do nothing regarding my credit score and what they have done. I need help in this matter please.
