Consumer Narrative
In 2016 I ordered an item from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received the item in the mail and didn't like it. I returned the item as per instuctions right away. Right after that XXXX XXXX kept notifying me that I owed them {$88.00} for the item. I kept telling them that I had sent it back to them for a return. This whole incident is now 6 years ago. I now get a letter from a collection agency stating that I still owe XXXX XXXX {$88.00}. I returned that item back to them now 6 years ago. I do not owe this debt to anyone.
