XXXX contacted a family member three times by phone, and at least one time by text. During the second call he told them that wasn't my number and not to call. They proceeded to call him a third time. They only stopped when I called them and told them they can't do that. On XX/XX/XXXX I requested they send me information about the debt in the mail, because I haven't received anything. They claimed they sent it in XXXX, but I never received it. I asked they send it again. I still haven't received anything. I talked to them again today, XX/XX/XXXX. I asked again to have the information sent to me in the mail, and they again claimed it was sent in XXXX. I again explained I never received anything in XXXX, and have already requested on XX/XX/XXXX that information on the debt be sent to me again since I didn't receive what they claimed to send in XXXX. I'm already paying the company they say I owe monthly, so I need to verify this isn't the same debt. I already called that company on XX/XX/XXXX, and was told they don't show anything was sent to collection on their side. I'm simply trying to verify this is a legitimate debt, and XXXX is being uncooperative.
