I am complaining yet again about Sallie Mae and the insane interest charges on my account. I check my account on XX/XX/22 and the total charges were {$26000.00}. I check a few days later XX/XX/22 the charges are {$26000.00}. Is Sallie mae ridiculous? I have gotten 3 loans with this private loan company and have been charged insane interest rates. Plus I tried to file a XXXX discharge with Sallie Mae and they refused it. I only work Part part and even with Social Security you allowed work credits. So sallie mae is going against Social security as well. Than they lied to me and said with the final loan I took I needed a co-signer for a " JUST IN CASE '' need and If I didn't get one I could not take the loan. Then when I signed up and sent a release of a co-signer they denied that as well and never told me that I had to make additional payments to get my cosigner released which is my mother and she is permanently XXXX. So that was unfair to her and me. I even talked to XXXX XXXX the so called company that Sallie mae sends they XXXX discharges to and they asked me if I was XXXX before the loans were given to me and I said YES I WAS. XXXX XXXX that is consider PREDATORY LENDING against a XXXX individual. So Sallie Mae did predatory lending charges against me and my mother. I have complained about this to CFPB before and Sallie Mae has not and will not make any effort to help at all. Myself and my mother are both permanently XXXX and I said before I or my mother will NOT be taken advantage of by a predatory lender. Sallie Mae can send over all the paper work they want to. Sallie Mae and XXXX was sued already for predatory lending charges against students. They need let another civil class action lawsuit against them again. This is complete and unfair treatment against 2 XXXX women and this needs to be Stopped. Sallie mae are predatory lenders.
