I Have made XXXX calls to get information on debt after pulling credit report. Contacted debt collector listed in XXXX of XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX and provided my current address and phone number. I requested account numbers and to which they stated they did not know them, if they did know them, they didn't have to and wouldn't provide them until I made full payment. When I contacted again XXXX to request information I stated that I needed to have all information regarding the debt so I could make informed decisions regarding them and try my best to resolve. They finally provided me with account numbers for their company and the original creditor. I requested the total amount due and they told me {$870.00} but could be higher due to interest. When I explained that I was under the impression that my insurance covered these they very rudely stated it was not their problem and that I was responsible. I spoke to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I deny and dispute the validity of this alleged debt entirely. The contract or agreement must be with the original creditor and signed by all parties involved, which at this point would be XXXX XXXX XXXX, myself and Avante USA. This is not the case. I have not signed any documents with Avante USA ever.
