On XX/XX/XXXX {$2500.00} was transferred from my bank to Google Pay to be used to buy a car. Google refuses to give me my money, Shortly after that transaction I closed my account with that online bank and opened another account with a different bank. Google keeps saying I have to reinstate my old bank account, but I cant its been closed.. I had the bank send me a letter stating this and I forwarded to google. They still insist that I re open the account. They also claim they can not verify who I am, thats a bunch of XXXX, I have sent them copies of my drivers lic along with my social security card several times and it has done no good.. How can a company this large just steal peoples money? I wont give up that is a lot of money to me and it caused me to loose another {$2000.00} I had put down as a down payment on a car. If you cant help me Ill be forced to hire an attorney and sue for 3 times the amount to cover my losses. Thank You PS : I send them a letter almost every week and i get the same answers
