Consumer Narrative
Called EdFinancial Services on XX/XX/XXXX to request a refund for payments I made during COVID. My loans were transferred over from XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, I was told they would reach out and account for any payments I had made to XXXX XXXX. Called XX/XX/XXXX and was told my request has not been processed and they didn't have information on how many payments I had made to XXXX XXXX that would be eligible for refund. I was also told they don't have any timeline for when my request would be processed. If my request is not processed I could miss the window for the student loan forgiveness.
