On XXXX XXXX I sent Experian a letter disputing the validity of my bankruptcy they are reporting on my credit report. They responded with a letter stating they " verified '' this item through XXXX XXXX. I went directly to XXXX XXXX to dispute the item in question and XXXX XXXX could not verify this item so they deleted it from their database. I then went back to Experian on XX/XX/2022 and showed them the deleted bankruptcy from XXXX XXXX informing them that if they could not reveal how they truly verified this item then it needs to be deleted according to the FCRA. They have once again refused to delete this item and stated they verified but clearly did not which is imploding on my ability to purchase a home and causing me to pay thousands more a year interest. This item needs to be deleted from my credit report if it can not be verified within 30 days.
